About Emma
Hi, I'm Emma.
A yoga teacher with roots in gymnastics and a background in psychotherapy — here to help you feel at home in your body.
I believe movement should feel welcoming, never intimidating. My classes weave breath, gentle strength, and a little stillness — whether you're rolling out a mat for the very first time or returning to a long practice. Off the mat, I offer private one-on-one and corporate sessions across Toronto.
